NexScan is intended for browser environment checks, risk investigations, anti-abuse analysis, account security support, network-path diagnostics and client environment debugging.

The product must not be used for unauthorized surveillance, impersonation, bypassing security controls, malicious scraping, privacy intrusion or conduct that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Results describe consistency across browser environment, network path and runtime characteristics. They are risk-reference information and do not directly justify bans, denial of service, compliance determinations or legal conclusions.

Operators should use results alongside account behavior, business thresholds, historical records, human review and the broader security policy—not as the sole basis for a decision.

Some capabilities depend on browser permissions, HTTPS, secure contexts, edge-proxy headers, third-party IP intelligence, DNS resolution paths or TLS protocol signals. Available information varies by browser and network environment.

When a browser denies permission, a third-party dependency is unavailable or the network path is restricted, related fields may be empty and results may be degraded or suitable only as limited reference.

Operators must ensure that service configuration, log retention, database permissions, API credentials and access controls meet their security standards, and are responsible for configuration and compliance of integrated third-party services.

When results inform blocking, manual review or operational decisions, internal users should be told what the results mean, their error range and their usage boundaries to reduce false positives and misuse.
